Ping S57 Irons Review
The Ping S57 irons offer a tour inspired blade design that are highly playable while offering forgiveness on par with more game improvement focused clubs. With a head significantly smaller than those found in Ping's G-Series irons, the S57 irons are well suited to the game of the more skilled player.
Building on technologies developed elsewhere in their line, the Ping S57 utilizes tungsten weighting and a urethane insert to increase MOI and soften the overall feel at time of contact. The combination of additional toe weighting and a small cavity back, the Ping S57 increases MOI while still maintaining the shot shaping ability of a bladed iron. Machined out of stainless steel, the precision grooves provide consistent hitting performance over the entire club face so your shots go where you expect them to. The S57's are as visually appealing as they are playable. With a brushed silver chrome finish, they sport a professional look to compliment their traditional styling.
